Rule Fitness is more than a gym, it’s a vision brought to life by Elie Neufeld, a lifelong athlete, competitor, and mentor who believes real strength starts from within. Known for his intense focus, Champion Physique, and no-nonsense approach to training, Elie built Rule to be a place where people come not just to train, but to transform.
Elie was raised in a home deeply rooted in faith, discipline, and love. The son of a respected rabbi and a devoted, nurturing mother who poured her heart into family and community. From an early age, he was taught that mitzvot “good deeds”are not just acts of obligation or repayment, but a way of life, a daily expression of purpose and identity. That foundation shaped everything: his values, his work ethic, and his commitment to helping others push past their limits, physically, mentally, and spiritually.
“My success,” he says, “is the impact I can make.” Whether he’s coaching someone through their first workout or helping a seasoned athlete break through a plateau, Elie brings the same energy: focused, present, and always real.
I’m 28 years old from New Jersey with over 10 years of training in bodybuilding and powerlifting, as well as a professional background in Tennis and played NCAA Division I college tennis. I’m passionate about helping people push past their limits and creating the best version of yourself both physically and mentally. Coach Ben, a 36 year-old Massachusetts native, discovered his true calling in the world of fitness after a diverse background in education. His journey led him to California, where he dedicated himself to helping hundreds of clients—both adults and adolescents—transform their lives through personalized fitness programs. Now based in Florida, Coach Ben continues to inspire and support his clients on their journey to better health and fitness.
In his twenties, Coach Ben found himself trapped in unhealthy habits. Struggling with alcohol, poor dietary choices, and a sedentary lifestyle, he was 60 pounds overweight with over 35% body fat. But everything changed the day he made the decision to take control of his life. He stepped into the gym, and from that moment, fitness became his new addiction.
His personal transformation took on a deeper meaning when his father was diagnosed with terminal cancer and passed away within just four months. This life-altering experience was a turning point for Coach Ben. He made a vow to never allow himself to fall into poor health again. His commitment to fitness became a path to longevity, not just strength.

Juan Gonzalez is a Trainer & Bodywork Specialist who has been training clients since 2013, bringing more than a decade of experience in the fitness industry. His wide knowledge spans strength training, bodybuilding, functional fitness, and athletic performance. Juan’s approach goes beyond just building muscle or burning calories—he focuses on helping clients move better, recover faster, and sustain results for the long term.
Alongside his coaching career, Juan has also worked as a licensed massage therapist and bodywork specialist for 10+ years. This unique blend allows him to integrate recovery techniques into his training, making sure clients don’t just push through tough workouts but also keep their bodies strong and pain-free as they progress.

Kevin Mullins is a personal trainer, public speaker, author, and strength coach who has excelled in the fitness industry for the last eighteen years for brands such as EQUINOX, Anatomy, and The St. James.
Through 25 thousand plus sessions, Kevin has coached everyone from sitting US politicians, foreign royalty, special forces operators, stay-at-home Mom's, Fortune 500 CEOs, and many competitive athletes.

Specializing in functional training and weightlifting, she applies advanced methods of strength, mobility, and conditioning, tailored to each client as if they were training for elite athletic performance.
Educated by the Spanish Sports Federation and holding a Master’s Degree in Sports Nutrition, her approach is fully integrated: precise training + strategic nutrition, ensuring measurable and sustainable results.

Rosalyn is a Miami native who received her Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training and is a certified Athletic Trainer. She has experience working with collegiate baseball players and athletes of all ages. Her love for athletic training sparked from being an athlete. She grew up playing basketball, softball, volleyball, track, and cross country. In high school she endured her own debilitating injuries. This led to the beginning of another love, helping others. Specifically, those who choose to perform at a high level and are committed to prioritizing their body, mind, and soul. It brings her great joy treating sport related injuries, orthopedic rehabilitation, injury prevention, and promoting overall wellness.
